Second Opinion

On Second Opinion, a question has been asked: What would you do to keep immigrants from entering U.S. illegally? And what would you do about the illegal immigrants already in our country?

Well, since latelly illegal immigrants have started to enter my country, I guess I should pay more attention to this subject. That’s why I’m writing this post. The first thing I would do is to put the army to watch the fronteers, so they could stop them and also stop illegal marchandise and, of course, drugs. This is something quite obvious, but I guess it’s not this much to our current Mr President.I really think we can’t tolerate any illegal immigrant in our country. First, because they steal thousands of jobs from brazilians who are really needing. And by reducing the number of created jobs, they touch our economie in a very bad way (see what’s happening in the US).So If I were the president, I would simply put our police and army after them, checking papers and everything, and send them home if they are illegal. Immigrants are not such a problem for us right now, but it can be one in the future, specially if Brazil continues growing economically. The only thing that’s missing is will. The governement’s will.
